MENUS & CUSTOMIZATION

  • No. Every menu is designed specifically for the event — drawing from seasonal products, culinary foundations, and the intention discussed during the exchange. We do not work from a catalogue

  • Yes. Always factored in during the conception phase — not as an afterthought. We ask about them as part of the initial exchange.

BOOKING & LOGISTICS

  • For events and catering, 3 to 4 weeks minimum — earlier for larger occasions. For private chef dinners, 2 weeks is generally sufficient. Tight timeline? Contact us anyway — we will tell you honestly what is possible.

  • Based in Reims, working throughout Grand Est. Travel beyond the region is possible depending on the project.

  • From intimate private dinners to events of 150 guests and beyond. Each format is scaled to the space and occasion.

  • Discussed during the initial exchange and included in the proposal where relevant. For on-site events, setup, service, and clear-down are all part of the conversation.

  • Pricing reflects the scope — number of guests, format, level of customization, and resources required. Every proposal is built individually. No hidden fees. No standard packages.
